2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the site, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) is processed in server logs. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses is in place with Vercel.
3. Contact form
If you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, e-mail, optionally company and phone, topic, message) are sent to me by e-mail and stored to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You receive an automatic acknowledgement. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and runs no analytics. Your browser's local storage holds only your theme choice (light/dark), your language choice and the acknowledgement of the storage notice. This data never leaves your device.

The website links to my own services (ocb-consulting.com, hse.orkunbayram.de, visitenkarten.ocb-consulting.com) and to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. When you access these, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
